It’s baseball time and lots of folks are excited about that including Randy Rogers! On Friday, Randy appeared on MLB Network’s “MLB Central,” discussing his band’s current album, Nothing Shines Like Neon‘ and his love of sports.
Live from Globe Life Park in Arlington, TX, Randy talked about how proud the sextet is of its Buddy Cannon (Merle Haggard, Kenny Chesney)-produced project, the 14-year growth and development of the band, and Randy’s new management company — Big Blind Management. The show even rolled tape of Randy throwing the first pitch at an MLB game in 2010. A lifelong sports and Texas Rangers fan, Randy was a natural fit with “MLB Central” hosts Matt Vasgersian, Lauren Shehadi and Mark DeRosa.
