Don Williams‘ career spanned five decades, accumulating 17 number one hits and multiple awards.  He announced his retirement last March, following hip replacement surgery.

Pistol Annies kick off the album with their take on “Tulsa Time,” followed by Brandy Clark’s “I Believe In You.” Chris and Morgane Stapleton duet on live favorite, “Amanda,” and Jason Isbell and his wife, Amanda Shires, give us their version of “If I Needed You.”

The album, to be released by Frisco’s Slate Creek Records on May 26, is produced by longtime Williams producer, Garth Fundis. All performances were donated by the artists and a portion of the proceeds will go to MusiCares, which provides critical assistance for music people in times of need.
